"How do I book your services?"

  • Firstly we ask for your suburb, and for your preferred date and time of treatments. We welcome your call on 0416041602 or email info@mhh.com.au

  • Treatments take place Monday to Saturday 9am-7pm (we recommend 14 days notice where possible).
    Sundays are available with advance notice for bookings of 3 + hours.

Corporate bookings

  • Once your treatment date/s have been appointed, we email you a booking link so your team can select their treatment time (no admin required!) Or you may prefer our booking excel sheet.
  • We email a reminder the day prior to our visit, advising staff to wear comfortable clothing the next day because its massage day : )
  • An invoice is emailed in advance of your booked services. 
  • Payments accepted via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Square and Bank transfer.


Gift Voucher, Home Visit and Seniors bookings

  • You will receive an SMS or email reminder 1 - 2 days prior to your appointment
  • An invoice is emailed in advance of your booked services. 
  • Payments accepted via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Square and Bank transfer.

Massage day!

Corporate & Event Bookings:

  • We arrive 15-30 minutes early to set up, meet you/the organiser & find the first lucky recipients!
  • Parking is required. If there are parking fees, these will be added to your invoice.
  • If 'roaming' massage has been selected, we approach each desk quietly signalling or asking if they'd like their massage. 
  • We bring with us whichever agreed equipment required for example massage chair/s, tables , linen, hand sanitiser, oils, and/or manicure supplies. *Some event companies supply ottomans i.e. for foot massages like pic to right.
  • 1.5 metres space required for each massage chair, 2.5 metres for tables.
  • We have optional relaxation music
  • We cater treatments to suit each person's needs, i.e. pressure/areas of concern, offering treatments fully or partially clothed (where oil is used) Fully clothed only at the desk of course ;)

Gift Vouchers, Home Visits, Seniors:

  • We arrive at the chosen date and time (usually within 10 minutes either side of the booked time)
  • Parking is required. If there are parking fees, these will be added to your invoice or to be paid at time of appointment.
  • We bring with us the equipment required for example massage table/s, chair/s, linen, hand sanitiser, oils, and/or manicure supplies. 
  • We have optional relaxation music
  • 1.5 metres space required for each massage chair, 2.5 metres for tables.
  • We cater treatments to suit each person's needs, and may ask for your preferred pressure and if you have any areas of concern.
  • Your massage treatment may be received with or without massage oil and you may receive the treatment fully or partially clothed.
  • You should feel comfortable at all times and safe in your home. We hold police checks, are highly experienced, and are a kind and caring, customer focused team.
